Anyone who has taken a yoga class knows this pose. It’s literally called "happy baby pose" or Ananda Balasana in Sanskrit. Ananda = blissful, pure bliss; Bala = baby; Asana = pose. Truly, this baby looks to be in a state of blissful happiness and calm.
